Always had a very personal interest in the Mind logo, designed by Glazer back in 2004, due to my own experiences with mental health, depression etc.
The first time I saw the Mind logo was around the time I had my breakdown then subsequently diagnosed with severe depression, anxiety etc. I then had my diagnosis upgraded/downgraded, depending on your outlook, to Bipolar 2 (which a few years ago was amended to just someone who is a naturally sensitive, and prone to the up’s and down’s of life.)
To keep a terrifically long story short, I immediately understood, and appreciated, the design of the Mind logo. It pretty much summed up the torrent of thoughts, doubts, uncertainty one experiences in these key low periods.
