This has totally blown me away I never knew Dolphins Hump Back Whales could do this. The Dolphins are not just forming the Toroidal Vortices, but actually playing and interacting with them.

Read MoreRacing a car without any structural supports to protect the body or head seems incomprehensible. Yet these men in their–at times, flying machines–race cars would regularly put their life on the line, and it was a thin thin line.
Even more incomprehensible that some of these drivers actually walked away after being tossed up in the air, run over, thrown into the path of another car. Many didn’t and I think what you see in this video are a fair few that didn’t make it.
So don’t watch if you are easily upset by these things. But it is a good watch, it not just to see how utterly mad we were back in the time.
